今天我们继续向南，驱车向库克山前进。 Tom说几年前他骑车走和我们现在同样的路线，到79号公路就开始下雨了。说也奇怪，我们这次居然也遇上了这样的天气，刚上了79号公路大晴天的就突然下起雨来。 雨下得真不小啊！这时我发现一个奇异的现象：路边所有的羊都抬起头来，草也不吃了，通通面朝同一个方向看齐，一动不动！平时这些羊儿忙着吃草，我看到的不是它们的后脑勺就是肥肥的屁股，连长啥样都看不清，今天托了大雨的福，总算是把羊脸给看清了。可是，咦，这羊咋长得和狼有点像匿!!! 随后，天色昏暗，我们在雨中到达了Lake ... Read more >

久违的温泉 [Hanmer Spring]

旅行的第11天，我们离开了Nelson市，开始南下。 目标：美丽壮观的库克山(Mt. Cook)。不过从Nelson开车要整整一天才能到库克山，于是我们决定把车程分为两天，中途在一个叫Hanmer Spring的温泉村歇一夜。 一路向南，地势开始变得崎岖，沿着盘山公路而上，气温开始下降，我也从短裤凉鞋变成了长裤皮鞋。 开车6小时后，我们在5点多到达了Hanmer Spring温泉村。村子不大，倒是应了个麻雀虽小五脏俱全。这里在冬天是滑雪度假的胜地，不过到了夏天人们大多是冲着这温泉来的。我们也不例外，一到了地方就立马打听哪里有温泉可以泡。 ... Read more >

完美的一天 [Observation Beach]

今天是在Abel Tasman海岸划船的第三天，比起昨天要顺利多了，可能是熟能生巧吧。 今天也是个充满许多生平的第一次的一天：第一次力战激流，第一次沙滩瑜伽，第一次在潮落的浅滩上掰生蚝，第一次在日落后迅速降温的营地生火煮饭，还有第一次有在没有月亮的夜里仰望着繁星漫天。 上午Torrent Bay涨潮时我们趁水位高把皮艇托下了水，没想到因为是涨潮时间，潮水直往泻湖里灌。我们的小船逆潮而上，根本不是潮水的对手，划了半天，胳膊都酸了，但却跟没动一样在原地踏步。这样下去可不行，我只好狠下心一咬牙拼了老命埋头苦干的用力划起来，就当快划爬下的时候，回头一看，哟，居然已经冲出激流啦~~~把我给高兴的！ ... 今天是在海岸kayaking的第2天，昨天下雨所以船也没划成，今天一早醒来，太阳已经晒得帐篷暖洋洋的了，落差还真大啊。新西兰就是这样，太阳晒着时觉得热，没晒到时又觉得凉！ 第一次在野外露营的感觉还不错，晚上醒了几次，一次是涨潮时浪花声把我给吵醒了，还有几次是热了冷了醒来调整了一下睡袋。总体来说，露营没有我起初想象中的那么复杂，除了用小气炉做饭比较麻烦、比较慢，其他的一切都可以接受。 我很喜欢这种不能从陆地到达，只有小船可以停靠的海滩，这样的露营让我能以很原始的方式接近大自然。 吃完早餐，我们第一次在没有指导员的帮助下启航了。 ... Read more >

行程简要： 1.午后乘快艇从Marahau到Mosquito Bay 2.夜露营Mosquito Bay 第一次露营，就挑战难度高的沙滩露营，我总遇到这种赶鸭子上阵事！ Sea kayaking -- 海上双人划，第一次尝试的我只好大着胆子sink or swim! Literally. 接下来的4天，我们将划着船，带着所有四天需要的吃的、穿的、用的，每天沿着海湾Kayaking,晚上到不同的沙滩搭帐篷，生火煮吃的。沿路的营地有好几个连饮用水都没有，要喝水就得自带瓶装水，要不就自己烧水吧。这种艰巨的条件对我这种没出过城门的人无疑是次巨大的挑战，不过还好有TOM和其它经验丰富的人带着，才不至于没吃没喝“瓜稀稀”的看着别人了干瞪眼了。 ...
