TOday I flew into Hue from Hoian. It was a 1/2 day tour and was sorta worth it. I think it would have been better if I did more.

 My 2nd day at Sapa was way better than the my first one. Views were spectacular which made the 8 km trek worth it, but my calves!!! damn were they sore from the trek the day before.   Took the overnight train back to Hanoi. Oh man what an experience!.... Read more >

 Visted Hoa Lu and Tam Coc. Hoa Lu used to be the capital of north vietnam back in the day and Tam Coc is refered to as Halang bay but on land.   We went up a river in Tam coc so was my first time on the canoes.

 Arrived in Hanoi and was a bit blown away by the amount of dust and motorbikes. It's crazy. Japan has definitely softened me up!  First up I went to visit the water puppets that night.
