If you get to chance to try Khmer food, I highly recommend it. Must cheaper than western food, and much more filling. This is Amok, a curry dish with meat and vegetables served in a coconut along with rice.

Ankor Thom area, another temple site. Don't underestimate how large these temples are. Bring lots of water, sunscreen and food. Otherwise be prepared to have to bargain hard with the vendors to get a half decent price.
