If you get to chance to try Khmer food, I highly recommend it.
Must cheaper than western food, and much more filling.

Ankor Thom area, another temple site.
Don't underestimate how large these temples are.
Bring lots of water, sunscreen and food.
Otherwise be prepared to have to bargain hard with the vendors to get a half decent price.
