![Rickety boats/floating homes that are made from dried grass and/or found and recycled bamboo & wood are lined along the river on both sides. Some of them are held together by rope or some other type of unconventional building material. A lot of boats are barely staying afloat, propped by some old rubber tiers and/or plastic containers...These people have been living on the river, in a state of flax for the past 90 years, without firm land under their fit, without running water or any type of sewage system and therefore, in highly unsanitary conditions. Every time the river swells during the rainy season, everyone have to move their homes to safety, and come back when the river goes back in to its banks.
