    Coatzacoalcos (Veracruz, Mexico). We ended our 2000 kilometre journey by returning back up to the Gulf of Mexico after a challenging drive through the mountains of Oaxaca. It was so comforting to feel pavement beneath us again and feel the fresh breeze coming from the Gulf.          		 Parque la Venta in Villahermosa (Tabasco, Mexico). This figurine was sitting on top of a display in the Parque la Venta and stands about 2 inches in height. The park includes many monuments created during the Olmec civilization including the world famous Colossal Heads.
