         		 The military junta doesn't help people, so people have do themselve what the governement should do, like building themselve roads to reach further villages all of them are volunteers.          		 Burma is led by a military junta known as the State Peace and Development Council (SPDC), renamed the State Law and Order Restoration Council (SLORC). Opposition parties are banned, but exist illegally. As you can see, a building of the National League for Democracy, the major opposition party, was demolished by the military junta after the last elections, held on 27 May 1990. The National League for Democracy won the elections with 60% of the votes but the SLORC refused to acknowledge the results. The dictatorship of the military junta was born. And is still alive..
