         		 For obvious reasons you're not allowed to set foot beyond the barb wire fence but here is a close up of the lines. They are only about 6 inches deep and I would say about a foot wide and in remarkable condition considering they were created 2,500 years ago.          		 What was more interesting about hacienda San Jose was the slave tunnels underneath the house.          		 Two of our most terrifying experiences have came at the hands of Peru. First was the suicide mission taxi ride from the airport to hostel. Second was the dune buggy ride.          		 In Italy we learned cappuccino in the morning espresso in the evening. In Peru we learned ceviche in the afternoon never in the evening. Ceviche consists of raw fish, onions, spices and lemon juice. It's caught in the evening, sold at market in the morning and prepared fresh for lunch.
