         		 Once we got out to visit a home, the drivers were able to take a rest. We visited a woman's house where they've painted snuff bottles for the past 300 years. They paint them from the inside of the glass. Of course, I had to buy one, but I don't think I'll take up snuff, nevertheless.: by suziqtn, Views[479]

         		 Here is an example of an alleyway in Old Town. I wasn't enamored with the area. It was ugly and smelled terrible. But, it's the only area of China where people actually own where they live. They must pass it down to a family member or it reverts to the government.
