Sunrise Over Everest. Taken from the summit of Gyoko Ri (17,585ft) about half way through a twenty day expedition around the Solu Khumbu region in Nepal. In a season that saw much tragedy, many say as a result of the mountain's commercialization, at that moment we understood it's draw for so many people, despite the risks.  It's on the backs of the Nepali people that we were able to experience this incredible sight. : by grantstirton, Views[755]
