         		 Sami herders work and live very closely to their Reindeer, which has made the Reindeer very friendly, unafraid, and inquisitive of humans unlike farmed deer in other parts of the world. The Sami herders keep warm by making a fire in their wooden huts with the Reindeer roaming around outside.          		 The Sami people are the indigenous people from Lapland. In Sweden only the Sami people can own Reindeer, which they use for food, clothing, trade and labour.
