    There was a 2-day fisherman's festival end of July. On the first day, all the boats were decorated and there was a regatta, where anyone could board the boats; they sailed from Puerto Lopez to Manchalilla, a nearby fishing port, and back. In the evening was a beauty pageant followed by a major fiesta of music and dancing. All the fishermen were so drunk, no boats went out for three days!: by pmok, Views[542]
