A tradition and faith that will truly never die. I like how this photo shows a ritual being performed by different generations of the family, child, adult, and grandparent. The Ganga ritual, submerging oneself on the water to purify one’s soul, is a family affair every morning in Varanasi. In this scene, the father at the middle of the frame is like introducing to his son their faith in submerging oneself in the river , the other father is also assisting his child, as well as the grandfather is also being assisted. I like how involved the people are with each other’s activities.: by keeponwalking, Views[471]
