    An old forgotten boat, just lying there at the northwestern shore of Ireland, Donegal. It is an unreal place, far off the beaten tourist tracks, altered by clouds, sun and rain every minute. Boats have a very romantic aspect, merging very well with the landscape. by: weltenbummler Views[475] A long long time ago a castle was build on this cliff at the northwestern shore of Ireland, in Donegal. The castle was abandoned a long time ago and now is an attraction in a very remote area; mostly serving locals as a spot to enjoy life. by: weltenbummler Views[797] Some Irish sheep, grazeing the lands and eying everybody coming by trying to take pictures of them doing their work. Unnecessary to mention that I lost the staring contest. Those two build a nice contrast and obviously, the black sheep isn't always the outsider. by: weltenbummler Views[607]

    This pictures was taken in Auschwitz-Birkenau. This place was so incredibly vast, that you got a bit dizzy to think that so many people were murdered on the grounds. The tracks are so incredibly symbolic. The tracks gave the Nazi's access to murder so many innocent people. It led them to a road to nowhere. Photography-wise, I like this photo because o fthe depth of field. The focus is mostly on the tracks and you don't really know where thew tracks go. The shadows in the tracks are dark which represents the unknown. I love that the sky is gray for it really sets the mood for the photo and makes it very grim.: by nickp, Views[1004]
