This picture was taken during our bike ride to several different wineries in Cafayate.  Cafayate´s population is 11,800.  This area is considered to have some of the country´s best vineyards and offers diclicious dry and sweet wines and beautiful scenery.  The two best wines from this region are Torrontes (white) and Malbec (red). Traditional as well as contempoary ways of making wine are practised in this region.    : by jason_kidd, Views[382]
