    Late afternoon on the banks of the West Baray proves to be the hangout for a cool off, as boats rest there oars and take anchor for the night. This vast lake is actually man made in a perfect rectangle surrounded by concrete barriers it was primarily constructed as the main irrigation and water supply for the residents of Anghor Wat.
