PHOTO-I:
This photo is taken in a picturesque Kosovarian village that I have recently visited, and it shows the traditional way of preparing traditional food. In past, this method has been widely used throughout the country for baking. Nowadays it is used just sometimes to make/bake our traditional food, called “flija” because if flija is baked in this way, it will be very delicious. This takes place outside, during sunny days, and in general, it is a hard work.
