    After several hours of driving without a satnav and without a mobile signal, we finally reached our destination and the reason for this trip, the Wild Horse Creek Ranch where we stayed for 4 days. This place is heavenly. by: burellix Views[903] After leaving Sunvalley and the last post of civilisation behind us, we entered the wilderness of the Idaho mountains, where no mobile signal or sat nav system can be used. After driving for miles along Trail Creek Road, which is closed during the winter (and not so safe during the summer!), next to a ravine with no guardrail on one side and risk of landslide on the other, this opening suddenly appeared and we felt safe again. by: burellix Views[769] This was my first rodeo experience and I LOVED IT! the energy of the place was sky high and I was full of admiration for these expert riders who not only rode to submission wild horses and bulls, but then built such a symbiosis with the animals that I even thought the horses enjoyed been ridden! by: burellix Views[1464] I took this picture because of the incredible geological formation of this land: steep mountains suddenly rise from the plain and the road literally disappears, swallowed by the mountains.
