    The Memorial Cenotaph is situated near the centre of the Peace Park; and holds all the names of those killed. The monument is designed to align with the Peace Flame and the A Bomb Dome as illustrated in my photograph. It was one of the first to be build in what was once an open field and opened in 1952.
