    The beautiful colonial style farm house we stayed at for our first and one night in Quito on the way to Galapagos. Amusingly we hadn't researched that Quito is ~2,800+ metres above sea level so we got off the plane into the very cold wearing our shorts and singlets coming from very hot Colombia.
