The city of haridwar is flooded with thousands of saints all over the world and the atmosphere near the ganges river is filled with their hymes and prayers to please the God. It is among this we found such priest which had colored his face blue with three lines on his fore head disguising himself into one of the devotees of Lord Shiva.
