Brick Lane: brick lane is a must visit if you're in london. The place is lively with many indian restaurants, spanish restaurants and italian restaurants. It's colourful and exciting. It's mostly known for it's beautiful street art. The one above is an illustration of such. It hit me personally because as it may be street art to one's eye...it's something more profound to another. The door and the windows are painted with bright colours, leaving what's inside to be a dark secret. 70 years old woman selling fruits and vegetables for whole life..She said to me She must fight for every customer who passes. After all, as everyone there. I felt sorry for her after I saw the sadness in her eyes. She told me different stories of wartime about how her children tried to run away, but some did not survive .. This photo will always hold a place in my heart. It was taken down a hallway in the Auschwitz Concentration Camp. They had several photos of some of the people killed during the genocide.
