    We had to climb up a mountain to see the Dragon Backbone Rice Terraces... but for those that are unable to do the climb physically, you can pay $50 CAD for 2 people to carry you up the mountain in a "Kiu." Its definitely not easy money...since it took Felix and I about an hour and a half... There was one heavier woman that was being lifted up the mountain, and the kulie's had to take frequent breaks. The tour guide said these people don't have long lives cause of their grueling work.
