    'My dad makes the best marinated Carp that you eat raw' Matej, my work colleague, states. 'What, raw?!' is my reply. We knew that Carp was the traditional dish for Xmas but raw marinated Carp during the year? I can honestly admit I was skeptical of this delicacy but Matej assured me that once you try it you won't be able to turn back. And I have to admit, he was right.
