    Station de bus à Tarija. Certaines compagnies de bus ont beaucoup de goût! ;-) Mdr by: finally Views[348] Shout out to DOT! We can see 55 Water in the top right!;-) We stayed at the ritziest hotel in Tarija. Er, well, no, not really. Not really a grand hotel. Hasn't been renovated or redecorated since the 70s. It has a certain charm though! :-) by: finally Views[417] During our excursion on the ruta del vino in Tarija. Since we were only a group of 2, we had to finish the bottle of wine ourselves for the first tasting. At 9:30am. No joke. :-( I could barely sit up straight in the car after. Don't remember much after that, I think we did other vineyards. But I'm not really sure ... by: finally Views[386] Local food and the Copa America (South American soccer/football 'world cup'). Host country Chile is looking very good! Barbecues are ought to feed a family of 5! And yes, Angelina Jolie makes goooood ice cream!! by: finally Views[407] Hanging out in the Mercado Central (central market). We had breakfast and lunch here almost everyday in Tarija. Since Kurt got sick so many times in Peru it's the first time we do so much 'street food'. We opted out of the tripe and kidneys and cow hearts and chinchulines (small intestine) though.     Nope, not Potosi. The difference is striking. This is Tarija. Between Sucre and here they are the most beautiful cities in Bolivia. Beautiful plazas and clean streets. by: finally Views[460]
