![Saturday night the 16th of February, around 8 PM, -15°C. After leaving the National Gallery of Arts, where me and a dozen other fellow painters were working on the 'Painting of Independence', by surprise we saw all the city crowded! There was albanian folk music, people in traditional costumes, and so many flags. Everything seemed to bring joy!
