    This place is located in city center and 90% of the shops are closed and the streets are filled with these kind of graffiti. On one side the city sight is destroyed by Scaffolding's and on the other hand by graffiti. Even today the city is under the control of Italian Military Force. It is very sad to see a place like this even after 5 years without any improvements and many of the population have left the city with no hope of returning back.
