Growing up on the Great Lakes, you'd think I'd know a thing or two about fish. I know the big ones, the little ones, the ones that slither past and make me jump out of my skin. Then there are the fun ones that put up a fight. But eating it? No thanks.... Read more >

I've heard a real life story on the radio about a woman who recalled that her mother had always brought her to the Basilica during Sinulog when she was young and that had made her a devotee of Santo Niño up to now. I see this all the time at Sinulog, people bringing their kids and younger brothers and sisters to the event. Whether to become an early devotee or just to be blessed I just don't know. : by janfour, Views[239]
