    Daily travels of a herder through these lush hills in this sun-drenched high altitude landscape with wind-swept skies makes Lesotho a whimsical paradise for a herder to daydream. by: faizafarah Views[254] The noise of passersby traveling on the road behind him gets the attention of this lone herder collecting his thoughts. He sits on the metal railing of a meandering highway while watching his herd in the distance as the sun glistens on his face. Herders spend much of their time alone with their flock. He is the eldest grandchild and the family breadwinner.     4 - A city where music has soul - the music is being played at every corner. I passed twice next to this mister before I took the photo. There were not many people waking through this street, yet he kept playing as if he was in the biggest concert on the world. These were musicians at their best age. They clearly knew what they were doing and they followed the mood of the day with their choice of music. One can see young men of different races and cultural background gathered together around a thing that makes them one, gathered around a magic of making music. The uneasy journey creates even a bigger respect for the impressive volcano, which is considered a living god and climbing it is a little pilgrimage. by: adelice Views[373] The Bromo volcano is not easily accessible, you must travel through large areas of sand. Many gypsy families come to the market from afar, some of them still come by horses and carts. They sleep in tents in the nearby forests and wash in the creek by Negreni. Uncle Istvan, man of agriculture and man of nature, knowing every single bits and pieces of the hills, forests and valleys that surround his village, Chiocis-Strugoni, led us to the top of one of the highest hills surrounding the village.
