    Proboscis monkeys are among the most critically endangered primate species in the world, suffering dramatically from the loss of habitat. Proboscis monkeys are sociable and playful, living in large groups of several families. Their shrills fill the air around the riverbanks in the Sungai Kinabatangan, especially in the afternoon. They love leaping from tree to tree; despite their portly appearance they are extremely agile. by: nick_burns Views[1215] Egrets are very common, but still enchanting in their elegance. They are most active at sunset. They are often found fishing over rivers. This egret took flight as our canoe approached, giving me the possibility of capturing its elegant takeoff. by: nick_burns Views[466] I met Kasia for the first time at the Treptower Park S-Bahn station, she had come from Slubice only to be photographed. I was nervous and marveled at the same time at her openness for posing, her constant mysterious looks towards the camera made her the model I wanted to capture in this tiny area at Treptower Park. When the session ended, she was able to keep as a gift the blue t-shirt she wore along with other clothes.
