    On the 3rd day, I stared my journey downwards from Dharamshala. I halted at Kangra, land of the Kangra Devi temple. The temperature was soaring at 35 degrees when I reached here at 11 in the morning. While taking a few shots of the temple, I sat behind a pillar of a sub-temple within the same premises. The thing I liked about the shot is it's 3 different elements, the sacred tree where people offer their prayers by tying chunris, the main temple's backside and the sub-temple's pillar.     The deep tracks of a large adult grizzly beside a rainforest stream are evidence of a bear searching for salmon. Grizzlies get as much as 65 percent of their yearly calories from these oily fish. Nobody knows exactly what would happen if an oil spill happened here, but most people suspect that salmon populations would collapse, leaving the great bears and the entire ecosystem, in jeopardy. : by timirvin, Views[617]
