    “Cotton a trap”. Cotton is grown near Saraguru and it is fairly common to see trucks overloaded with large bags of cotton passing through the narrow streets. Cotton is a very labor intensive crop and one of the local men said that many parents do not want their children to continue in farming. Instead, the children are encouraged to become doctors or engineers, where they can enjoy an easier life.     A white watermelon and a green melon (but not honeydew). The shape came out nice, and the texture and taste are not too bad, just enough salt and squeakiness when bitten into. Similar to mozarella. Love it! by: pmok Views[507] I formed the curds as round as possible inside the cheesecloth and in this homemade press, which squeezes all the liquids and forms the shape.
