    The fishing market in Plato (Praia, Santiago island) is located in a small building on the left side of the market.     One morning, a boat had dozens of this fish, all equally large.     The A pile of hammerhead sharks were hidden under the butcher table and behind a crate.     Saw fishermen cleaning these at the market so I asked what they were.     A good catch of squids, plus a huge marlin cut into pieces, both actually look tasty.     Where the rays should not be: the back of a truck. by: pmok Views[418] These rays were so large, they needed three people to lift into the truck. by: pmok Views[435] The type of catch I like to see more of at the fish market, the sustainable (and delicious) ones! by: pmok Views[487] Sometimes the fishermen hide the sharks and rays so we cannot count them. I found these two sharks hidden behind a crate, think they are Pacific Angelhead. by: pmok Views[416] Shrimps are also popular, here fishermen and buyers make deals at the fish market.
