    The fishing market in Plato (Praia, Santiago island) is located in a small building on the left side of the market.     The A pile of hammerhead sharks were hidden under the butcher table and behind a crate.     Saw fishermen cleaning these at the market so I asked what they were.     A good catch of squids, plus a huge marlin cut into pieces, both actually look tasty.
