    The fishing market in Plato (Praia, Santiago island) is located in a small building on the left side of the market.     Saw fishermen cleaning these at the market so I asked what they were.     A good catch of squids, plus a huge marlin cut into pieces, both actually look tasty.     Swans! Black ones. They are the reason for the name
    Swans! Black ones. They are the reason for the name "swan river." And they were cool until I stopped too close to them, and the one on the left here totally hissed and ran after me. And normally I'd probably be like, "whatever, you're a swan and I'm wearing a helmet. I'm not afraid." But in Australia you can never be sure what is deadly... So I may have fallen off my bike... and then moved a bit futher away to take this picture.
