    A locust plague is devastating Madagascar, with billions of locusts destroying crops and threatening the rainforests. When I came upon these locusts I thought at first it was a cloud of smoke from burning lands, but as we got closer we saw the real cloud - millions of locusts sweeping the landscape.     Treptower Park is divided by Puschkinallee and while one side hosts a Russian monument this area was found by just a random walk. As soon as I saw it I knew I wanted to photograph some girl there. Despite being surrounded by man made roads it seemed untouched and virgin as the vegetation grew almost to your knees.     Fields of Dreams #1 - Flowers burst with color in early summer along the edge of this expansive undulating and ripening wheat field near Pienza, Italy. The field fills with shadows and creates a dreamy hint of gold colosr and movement. Renaissance painters were famous for painting this type of countryside. The crops will be harvested a bit late this year due to an unusual amount of rainfall that occurred during the spring. As the summer breeze moved across and rustled the wheat, there was the slightest whisper of sound and movement.
