On trails of Spanish influences, step into a bygone era at the Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Concepcion. It was built in the 19th century, a time when cement wasn't around yet. Instead they used egg yolks for its construction.
A congregation was in the middle of a mass at the hour of my visit, its interiors undeniably well-lit. "Father, thank you for allowing us the sight of such beauty in your works." I said a quick prayer and headed outside, hoping to catch the last light of the day.
