“It’s good for your heart, mind and soul”. “Living on the streets is brutal”, he said. In his first week, someone stole his bag containing all of his clothes, worldly possessions and photos. He lost the only physical reminders from his past life. Since then he’s been mugged, robbed and was almost killed by someone wielding a crowbar. Late one night, an unknown assailant hurled human feces and a bottle of urine. Through it all he remains hopeful.
