![I dropped it!! The piece of tabouna bread that I was poking holes into with a fork as you do, when the tabouna bread is stuck to the side of the oven. As I had no sleeves on, and its really hot in that oven, all I could do was look at my tabouna loaf burning. One of the others rescued it. It was OK, just rather black in sections. I said I would have that one. My husband's Mum graciously and kindly showed me how to knead and pummel the dough.
