![I dropped it!! The piece of tabouna bread that I was poking holes into with a fork as you do, when the tabouna bread is stuck to the side of the oven. As I had no sleeves on, and its really hot in that oven, all I could do was look at my tabouna loaf burning. One of the others rescued it. It was OK, just rather black in sections. I said I would have that one. My husband's Mum graciously and kindly showed me how to knead and pummel the dough. That bit was fine and a really good work-out : ) Regarding cooking the bread, I will remember to wear something on my head (cos I think its hygenic) and also my arms in future, to protect against the heat.: by aussiechick_007, Views[1378] I dropped it!!
