Not only the lucky village but also the lucky family will be announced very shortly. As soon the mast starts falling the bravest local man will start running towards them to be the first one who gets the paper fish which is on top of the mast. Those minutes are very chaotic and filled with lots of ego. There are two fishes, on each mast one and as you can imagine much more man who claim to be first, so it all ends up in a scrimmage.
