Every city I visit I make a point to find the best "soul food" of the people. I scrambled out of the airport and ask the first local I could find "Cheese Steak?" , "Jim's... since 1939!" The photo is Jim’s Philly cheese steak with sweet peppers and American cheese! Deeply satisfied!
