this house dwindled into disrepair but has now been fully restored. Years ago a woman took a piece of paint from the house when it was new and in use and stored it against the time when it would be forgotten and left to rot. This is exactly what happened, when it came time to be restored it was several generations later and her grandchildren were able to provide this paint to show the original colours of the house.
