![These strange crescent shaped objects are often mistaken for jellyfish and as a child most Australian kids will remember picking them up, or squishing them between our toes as they do not sting and are absolutely everywhere there is water. These clear, wobbly jellyfish looking things are actually the egg sac from the conical sand snail each containing hundreds of snail eggs.
