It was evening in the Autumn, where the trees are getting ready for winter, changing themselves with yellow leaves. The beautiful scenery of Lake Tekapo is a place like Heaven on Earth. I'm lucky enough to visit this wonderful place. Lake Tekapo, the Church of Good Shepherd, mountains, golden sun rays, blue sky, clouds and the breeze were complementing each other perfectly. The emerald blue lake has a special element at the bed of the lake, called “rock dust”, which gives it nice bluish tone. It's a germ of South Island New Zealand. The rock dust is the by-product of glaciers. The nearby mountain is Mount Cook and there are a few similar lakes surrounding it.: by sean_lee, Views[402]
