A dock worker taking a break in port of Sunda Kelapa. Most of them are informal worker at the dock. Harsh environment conditions has become a day to day common thing. They working hours does not even better either. Some of them even started earlier than the Sunrise and the job does not even complete after the Sunset. New Zealand seems to have alot of industry revolving around its many ports & harbours. Constant activity with logs being loaded onto huge ships, trucks driving up and down, cranes moving from side to side, I managed to climb up and get this birds eye perspective over one of the South Islands busy ports.
