Living La Vita Roma: Part 2

ITALY | Wed, 1 Jul 2015 | By chloebruce | Views [438]

The next day we were so hot we spent most of it just shut up in the apartment, trying to keep the cool air in. There was a TV with a DVD player in the main bedroom and we searched for something to watch. But all they had were tourism DVDs. I looked through ... Read more >

When I arrived back in the States everyone asked what my favorite place in Italy was. I always answered all of them, of course, but I do think Capri took my heart. The landscape itself is incredible and their is too much color to not be in a terrific mood! I will definitely make my way back to Capri someday and next time I will be in one of these boats making my way around the island. I found my sense of adventure here. : by kfrazi, Views[291]

The photos represents the simple yet content life lived by a farming family in the rural areas of Sri Lanka. Their lives lag behind in time, with no electricity, piped water or machinery. The nearest village has to be accessed through 5km of thick forest where elephant attacks are not a rarity. The children have little heard of schools. They live in tree houses/
