    Smiles and hope - A group of Kashmiri migrant workers smiles at the camera. The ongoing militancy and daily clashes in Kashmir have made lives of local people very tough and cut the employment to nil. So, Kashmiris now have to migrate to other parts of India in search of odd jobs. Some bring with them woollen items and dry fruits and sell them in small towns and others, who don't have anything to offer, just resort to plain hard labour.     This is the town of Pucon, population 21,000. Pucon was a cute place set amongst gorgeous scenery. In the background of this picture you can see the active Villarrica Volcano. It´s quite popular to climb but we decided not to do this. Pucon reminded us of a small ski town like Vail or Copper but the people had attitudes of those who live in Aspen.
