    No, it's a bearskin hat, not an afro. Used to be tourists could walk right up to them and feed them sammiches and have photos wif 'em and such. Then a year or so ago some young punk was marching along with a guard and the guard got pissed off, like right proper pissed, and the kid copped a rifle butt to the side of the head.
