A street vendor was demonstrating how to use a handheld vegetable slicer and somehow, this elderly chap in a white kurta got a hold of one of them. I think he played with it for a few minutes before he handed it back and made a comment about
This is also outside of the Jehangir Art Gallery in Mumbai. A street vendor was demonstrating how to use a handheld vegetable slicer and somehow, this elderly chap in a white kurta got a hold of one of them. I think he played with it for a few minutes before he handed it back and made a comment about "technology these days". I think it summarises Mumbai as a whole: a city of old meets new- just like his hand-held vegetable slicer and the funky green backpack he's wearing.
