He sits on the metal railing of a meandering highway while watching his herd in the distance as the sun glistens on his face. It is not uncommon for herdsman to cross paths with one another every so often in a country where it is estimated that three quarters of the population live in rural areas, where poverty is prevalent and herding is a necessary way of life for so many.
